The procession ends with around 300 horses, led by the elected Edinburgh Captain and Lass, riding up the Royal Mile to the Mercat Cross where a Declaration is made to the Lord Provost and the City Banner is returned to him

This will now provide open access for printmakers and artists alike and which will now be one of the largest in Europe, covering over 21,500 sq. ft. (2000 sq.m)
